Shipping and Delivery

Chughs Navyug Military are Manufacturers / Suppliers / Exporters / Importers of Complete Range of Uniforms & Clothing Accessories Since 1973 Serving the Community. Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

The Products which are off the Shelf will be Shipped to you within 30 days of Placing order & Products which as to be Manufactured / Customised & Shipped to you & you can expect the Products to reach within 30-60 days depending upon what order is placed.

The Shipment will be dispatched, after verifying providing card security checks are complete, payment received & stock availability is confirmed, Due to Covid-19 Pandemic uncertainty all over the globe Supplies may effect & get delays which are beyond our Limits.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (IST). Orders you place with navyug late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. If you required any urgency shipment or any other mode of transport / logistic & Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if you insist if any other mode

Our Standard Shipping Mode is EMS Post Parcel / Speed post & it is Free Shipping to your Client in India & Overseas Shipment at actual will be charged as per the price List of India Post & If Clients Global want Shipment to be send by any Courier Like TNT / Fedex / UPS / Blue Dart etc… on your Account ( That Courier Charges can be paid by you at your currency / Country )

Returns Policy and Replacements by Chughs Navyug Military

We want you to be completely happy with your navyug order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

To get a replacement , email us at info@navyug.com your order number & the reason for returning , Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us . We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation. If the return is happening because of our fault then, we will pay you the return charges as per EMS Speed / Post Price List.

In case the shipment is being returned for size / colour etc.. replacement then, the customer has to bear the cost of shipping the products to us (by EMS Speed / Post Parcel) & we will bear the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to you.

In case delivery is not executed due to recipient not available / permises Locked / Incomplete address etc.., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

 

Returning Gifts

When returning a gift, Navyug Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from any Product of Chughs Navyug Military Store, and online. In compliance with Indian law, for gifts valued the recipient will receive a check rather than an Navyug Gift Card.

Refund Policy by Chughs Navyug Military

Good Unavailability or Service problem

If the Items sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final

If the order is confirmed by us & order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if the customer demands

100% refund will be given, If Product is not available.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer only to the customer Bank Accounts

Refunds will be made within 15 days of receiving the request . in most cases it will be done well before this period.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier / insured Parcel

Chughs Navyug Military does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the vent that any returned packages are lost / stolen / mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance cost. We do not offer reverse pickup service and the product has to be shipped back by the customer & damaged in shipping Chughs Navyug Military is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
